As a St. Paul wedding photographer, I love visiting historic buildings that are also wedding venues. Cody and Mackenzie were married in September at one of St. Paul’s most historic hidden gems. St. Paul Brewing is located at the old Hamms Brewery site. The old and beautiful brick buildings used to house one of the biggest brewery operations in the nation. Now the modern taproom and outdoor patio are a perfect place for an intimate ceremony and reception.
St. Paul Brewing Fall Wedding Photography
In the fall afternoon, the sun comes right over the brick walls and creates beautiful natural lighting perfect for pictures. The texture and character of the old brewery ruins give portraits a modern and romantic feel.
Because all the events for the day took place in one centralized area, this was a very fun and relaxing day for everyone present. Everywhere you looked was a good place for pictures. Mackenzie’s attendants did a fabulous job of setting up the flower wall and centerpieces. All of the couple’s family and friends came together to support them and make this wedding amazing.
Thank you to everyone I met and photographed on this day, it was so much fun!
